The conference will be organized in the Crowne Plaza hotel, a 4-star hotel situated in the center of the town. It includes a restaurant, an indoor pool and a fitness center. The conference will be held in this hotel. There is a private parking under the hotel; a bigger public parking is available at 't Zand, at walking distance (about 10 minutes) from the hotel.

The room rate is including full American breakfast buffet, WiFi internet, use of swimming pool, sauna and fitness, VAT and service charge. The rates are excluding € 4.00 city tax, per person, per night.

Check-in is guaranteed as from 3 PM. If you arrive earlier and the rooms are not yet available, the hotel can store the luggage in a luggage room. The hotel kindly request the guests to check out before 11 AM.

Participants should book their rooms at this hotel through a link that will be added here soon.  The deadline for booking a room through this website is 14.02.2025 (upon availability).

Guests can cancel their room free of charge of to 72 hours prior to arrival; cancellations should be sent to the hotel, not to the conference organizers.

Other hotels

There are many other hotels of various standards in Bruges. The town of Bruges is quite small, and all hotels situated inside the town of Bruges are at walking distance from the conference location. Nevertheless, before booking one of these hotels, please check that it is situated inside the town of Bruges (not in Zeebrugge, which is another town).
